Teens

For teens navigating the early years of their cycle, when everything can feel confusing, inconsistent, or "not like everyone else." We learn the ‘why’ behind what’s happening and talk openly about what's actually normal — and what's not.

Cycle Years

For women navigating fertility, postpartum and real-life in between who feel like there's too much information and nowhere clear to start. Clarity, self-awareness, and knowledge will build you into a ‘you’ expert, who understands her body, can advocate for her health, and feels empowered to take her next steps.

Perimenopause

Perimenopause can arrive earlier — and look different — than most women expect. This session helps you recognise what's happening, understand the ‘why’, and feel prepared, not blindsided. With understanding comes empowerment - this isn’t happening to you, it’s happening with you.

Cycle Boss

Dreading your period? This isn’t just ‘part of being a woman’, and it certainly isn't something to just push through. We unpack what's actually normal, what's not, and what you can do about it — so you can feel in charge of your cycle, not ruled by it.

The 40 Club

Don’t be alarmed, but we’re going to bring up the ‘P’ word. Perimenopause often starts years earlier than most women expect — many in their late 30’s and early 40’s are experiencing it without even realising. How’s your sleep? Your period? Your mood? The 40 Club is your guidebook into this next chapter: honest, practical, and with company.
