WHO WE HELP
Sound familiar?
Women come to Unjumble Health with all sorts of questions and concerns. These are some of the most common, and how I can help.
-
Your cycle is one of the clearest signals your body gives you. I help you understand what yours might be telling you. Heavy, very painful, or unpredictable periods are always worth talking about.
-
If your mood, energy or patience change throughout the month, let’s talk. I offer education, lifestyle support and symptom tracking, and a clear record to take to your GP appointments.
-
These are common, disruptive, and have many causes, so we look at the whole picture: sleep, stress, food, your cycle, and your daily load, and what's worth raising with your GP.
-
Often called "hormone imbalance", these symptoms can have many different causes. I give you the time and space to deeply assess what’s happening, and help you map what you're noticing and when, plus what you can do about it.
-
Sometimes also called ‘adrenal fatigue’. If you’re waking up at 3am, or keep hearing the phrase ‘wired but tired’, you’re in the right place. We look at how stress shows up in your cycle, energy and sleep. Your whole body will respond to the situation within, and around it, and supporting this is central to your hormonal and overall health.
-
Whether you have a diagnosis or suspect one, I offer education, lifestyle support and symptom tracking alongside your GP's or specialist's care.
-
Understanding what's changing and why, and building practical habits around energy, sleep and mood. We’ll look at your symptoms in context with your lifestyle, so you can feel empowered, not overwhelmed. Treatment decisions, including hormone therapy, stay with you and your GP.
-
Making sense of what the pill does in your body, and finding your rhythm after you come off it. Decisions about contraception stay with you and your GP.
-
Practical, age-appropriate support for parents who want their daughter to understand her body, her cycle and what's normal, so she doesn't have to trust the algorithm or work it out alone.
-
If you're a teen, or the parent of one, wondering whether what's happening is ‘normal’, I can help you understand your body, and track your symptoms and patterns so your GP appointments are clearer and more productive. It's also a way to feel heard and understand when it's worth seeing a doctor. A parent or guardian gives consent and joins the first session, and I hold a current Working With Children Check.
Not sure where you fit?
That's completely normal. Tell me what you're noticing, and we'll work out where to start.
If you're struggling or in distress, please speak to your GP or call Lifeline on 13 11 14 (24 hours). In an emergency, call 000.
